This Privacy Policy explains how Kamelos Delivery Services (Private) Limited, publishing as Kamelos Apps ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our Android application WiFi Analyzer: Who Use My WiFi (the "App"), available on Google Play.

By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

In short: We do not require an account. Your Wi-Fi scan results, the list of devices on your network and any passwords you generate are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We use Google AdMob for ads and Google Firebase for analytics and crash reports, which collect limited device and usage data as described below. We never sell your personal information.

1. Who We Are

The App is developed and published by:

We are the data controller for information processed through the App, except where a third-party service provider acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

The App does not require registration or login. We only receive information you choose to send us, for example your email address and message when you contact us for support or send feedback.

2.2 Network information processed on your device (not collected by us)

To provide its core features, the App reads and displays the following information locally on your device:

Your connected Wi-Fi details: network name (SSID), router identifier (BSSID), IP address, gateway / router IP, DNS, link speed, frequency band and security type.
Nearby Wi-Fi networks: names, signal strength, channel, frequency and security type.
Devices on your local network: local IP address, device/host name, manufacturer (derived from the hardware address) and connection status.
Wi-Fi data usage totals (only if you grant Usage Access).
Passwords you create with the password generator, and Wi-Fi QR codes you scan or generate.

This information stays on your device. We do not transmit it to our servers, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics. Some results (such as speed test history) may be stored locally on your device so you can view them later; they are removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.

2.3 Information collected automatically

When you use the App, our service providers (Google AdMob and Google Firebase) may automatically collect:

Device identifiers: Android Advertising ID, Firebase installation ID, App Set ID.
Device information: device model, operating system version, language, screen size, app version, mobile carrier.
IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it, used for ad delivery, fraud prevention and region-level statistics.
App interactions: screens viewed, features used, session length, ad impressions and clicks.
Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data and error reports.

2.4 Internet speed test

When you run a speed test, your device connects to a third-party speed test server to measure download speed, upload speed and latency. To make this connection, your IP address, approximate network location and test results are necessarily processed by the server operator. We do not combine this with any other information to identify you.

2.5 Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect your precise (GPS) location.
We do not collect your Wi-Fi passwords, contacts, SMS, call logs, photos or files.
We do not access camera images except to read a QR code in real time on your device; images are not stored or uploaded.
We do not access other networks or devices without your action and do not provide any means to access networks you are not authorized to use.

3. App Permissions

We request only the permissions needed for the App's features. You can grant or revoke them at any time in your device Settings; features that need a revoked permission will not work.

Permission	Why we need it
Nearby Wi-Fi devices (Android 13+)	To scan and list nearby Wi-Fi networks. We do not use it to determine your location.
Location (precise, foreground only)	Android requires location permission for apps to read Wi-Fi network names and scan results on some Android versions. Location is used only for this purpose, only while the App is open, and is never collected, stored or shared by us. We never request background location.
Wi-Fi & network state, Internet	To read your connection details, scan your local network for connected devices, run speed tests and load ads.
Camera	Only when you tap "Scan Wi-Fi QR" — to read a QR code on your device.
Usage Access (optional)	Only if you enable the Data Usage feature — to show Wi-Fi data usage totals on your device.
Notifications (optional)	To send optional app notifications. You can turn them off anytime.

Before requesting sensitive permissions, the App shows an in-app explanation of what the permission is for.

4. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the App's features (network analysis, device scan, speed test, QR tools, password generator).
To display advertisements and measure ad performance, in line with your consent choices.
To understand how the App is used and improve features, design and performance.
To detect, diagnose and fix crashes and technical issues.
To process and verify subscriptions purchased through Google Play.
To prevent fraud, abuse and invalid ad traffic, and to comply with legal obligations.
To respond to your support requests.

Legal bases (EEA/UK users): performance of a contract (providing the App), your consent (personalized ads, analytics where required), and our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improving the App).

The App uses the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

The App does not use artificial intelligence services that send your content to external AI providers.

6. Advertising & Consent

The App is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized (based on your Advertising ID and interests) or non-personalized (based on context, such as the app and general location).

EEA, UK and Switzerland: on first launch we show a consent form (Google UMP, certified under the IAB TCF). Ads and analytics only run as permitted by your choices. You can change your choices anytime from the App's Settings > Privacy options.
United States: where required by state privacy laws (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and others), you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising through the App's Privacy options.
Everyone: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

With the service providers listed in Section 5, to operate, analyze and monetize the App;
When required by law, court order or a valid request from a public authority;
To protect the rights, safety and property of our users, us or others, and to prevent fraud;
In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

8. Data Retention

On-device data (scan results, speed test history, generated passwords, settings) remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
Firebase Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months; Crashlytics crash data for up to 90 days.
AdMob data is retained according to Google's policies.
Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and for our records, generally no longer than 24 months.

9. Data Security

All data transmitted between the App and our service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We limit data collection to what is necessary and rely on reputable providers with strong security practices. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
Correct inaccurate information;
Request deletion of your information;
Object to or restrict certain processing, including for personalized advertising;
Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing);
Data portability;
Opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information and targeted advertising (US state laws);
Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights;
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email contact@kamelosapps.com. Because the App has no accounts, please include your device's Firebase installation ID or Advertising ID (shown in the App's Settings, where available) so we can locate related records. We will respond within 30 days (or as required by applicable law).

11. Data Deletion

The App does not create user accounts, so there is no account to delete. You can delete your data at any time by:

Clearing the App's data (Settings > Apps > WiFi Analyzer > Storage > Clear data) or uninstalling the App — this removes all on-device data;
Resetting or deleting your Advertising ID in device settings;
Emailing contact@kamelosapps.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" to request deletion of analytics and crash data linked to your app installation. We will process it within 30 days.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. International Data Transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers (such as Google) may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

14. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are purchased and processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your card or payment details. We receive only the information needed to verify your subscription status (such as a purchase token, product ID and subscription state). You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you within the App or through the Google Play listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
